PLEASE BE AWARE, WE HAVE A MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE OF $50.00 IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

As a New Patient, if you miss your Initial Consultation without notifying us and wish to reschedule, you will need to pay a $50.00 deposit upon re-booking.

This is deductible from the full-price of your consultation.
